Initial Consultation: When we receive your inquiry, we'll call you to discuss your needs. During this call, we'll provide general pricing for the requested tasks and schedule a convenient appointment.
Confirmation: We'll send a text or call the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm.
On-Site Review: Upon arrival, we'll review each task with you and provide a final, detailed price.
Work Order & Commencement: After reviewing the pricing and signing the work order, we'll begin the work. Most tasks are completed during the initial appointment, but some may require scheduling a follow-up visit.
Completion & Clean-Up: We'll complete each task to your satisfaction, ensuring our work areas are left clean and tidy.
Final Walk-Through & Payment: Once finished, we'll conduct a walk-through with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. You'll then receive a digital invoice with payment options. Payment is due upon completion.
